What kind of personal information we use

Order Cancellations

Products:

Unless stated otherwise you may cancel your order and receive full 100% refund, provided your order has not been dispatched yet.

Membership:

24 business hour notice is required in order to cancel your next month membership, please either email Salon Punk customer services or contact your bank directly to cancel your agreement.

Training:

Unless otherwise stated deposit is non-refundable, whenever it is paid. 50% refund policy is given when your booking is canceled giving at least 30 days cancellation notice of training event and no refunds are issued when canceled after.

Consultations:

If you need to rearrange your appointment minimum of 3 days notice is required. Email, or call customer services. When booking your consultation, you are taking some other customers time slot, therefore no show up is not refundable. If you have special circumstances and want to discuss rearrangement, please contact customer services to discuss. Salon Punk reserves right to make the final decision.

Refund and return policy

Unless otherwise stated Salon Punk operates 30-day money back guarantee policy on all its products.

We will exchange faulty or damaged products, please contact customer services.

Delivery methods and timing

Online products delivery:

All digital products are accessible upon purchase. While the confirmation of your order is instant we reserve right to check the payment is completed successfully until we make the digital products available, usually, this takes no longer than 30 minutes unless the purchase was placed outside UK business hours, in which case we will review your order and payment first thing the following morning. In some cases where there is an unlikely technology issue, delivery of some products might be delayed for the maximum of 24 hours.

Physical products delivery:

We aim to ship all products within 2 to 3 business days of order placement, although often it is shipped the following day. Within UK delivery is within 3-5 business days, overseas may take up to 10 days. Once the order is shipped you will be given tracking order.
